Felicia Curran is a lawyer in Oakland California, with a focus on protecting the rights of elderly and disabled persons and their families. She became interested in the elder abuse area of the law when her mother developed a Stage 4 bedsore in a hospital. At the time, Felicia had not even heard of bedsores or pressure ulcers.
